The restaurant’s focus is to showcase and use the products from our award winning dairy farm, including milk & cream, butter, yogurt, artisan cheeses, and eggs. (Actual Farm to Table) In addition, we will be sourcing as many local products as possible from the other farms in the surrounding area. The menu will be accompanied with a great wine and service program. Everything will be done “in house” with a strong emphasis on seasonality.
Sous Chef- Seeking an experienced, dedicated, and dynamic Sous Chef, with high quality restaurant experience. Culinary grad preferred, but will also consider experience. Must have experience with all types of meat fabrication/butchery, as well as solid line cooking skills, as this is a hands on position, which does require working on the line, along with other responsibilities that are associated with running the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef.
